These terms govern access to and use of the Serpixa platform, which provides: • SaaS software, • Automated SEO tools, • SEO support and consulting services, • Content generated by artificial intelligence used as a basis for optimization.

Access to Serpixa is: • either subject to a monthly subscription fee, • or subject to one-time purchases of features or additional credits. Certain features may be limited or conditional upon payment.

The service is available to: • individuals, • professionals. The user declares that they have the legal capacity required to use the service. Use by minors is not permitted without the consent of a legal guardian.

Creating an account requires the provision of accurate and up-to-date information. The user is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.

Payments are processed via Stripe, a secure payment service provider. Subscriptions: monthly billing One-time purchases: single payment No refunds are granted, in accordance with Article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law and Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU (immediately accessible digital content).

Serpixa is subject to a best-efforts obligation, not a results obligation. The tools and content provided: • aim to improve SEO optimization, • do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or commercial results.

Content generated by artificial intelligence: • constitutes a working basis, • must be reviewed, adapted, and validated by the user. Serpixa declines all responsibility for direct use without review.

Glow Mark SRL reserves the right to suspend or delete an account in the event of: • abuse, • fraud, • illegal use, • violation of these terms.

The liability of Glow Mark SRL is limited to direct damages only and excludes any indirect damage, loss of revenue, or loss of data, in accordance with Belgian law.

These terms are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute: • the Belgian courts shall have jurisdiction, • without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable within the European Union (Rome I Regulation – EC No. 593/2008).
