In accordance with the GDPR (Articles 4 and 6), Serpixa collects:
• name,
• email address,
• IP address,
• payment data (processed exclusively by Stripe),
• SEO data analyzed or imported by the user.
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is used for:
• account creation and management,
• billing,
• customer support,
• marketing communications (subject to consent).
4. Legal Basis
Processing is based on:
• contractual necessity (Art. 6.1.b GDPR),
• user consent (Art. 6.1.a GDPR),
• legal obligations (Art. 6.1.c GDPR).
5. Third-Party Tools
Serpixa uses:
• Stripe (payments),
• Google Analytics 4 (analytics),
• Google Search Console,
• other technical APIs necessary for service operation.
6. Data Retention
Proposed retention periods (GDPR-compliant):
• Account data: 5 years after the end of the relationship
• Billing data: 7 years (accounting obligation)
• Marketing data: 3 years after last contact
7. Data Transfers Outside the EU
Data is hosted on servers located within the European Union.
No data transfers outside the EU are currently carried out.
8. User Rights
In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 of the GDPR, users have the right to:
• access,

• deletion,
• restriction,
• objection,
• data portability.
